Build and construction is great. Well worth it. So much better than annoying bungie versions. Also love the quick attach with various adapters so I can use my mic no matter what the site supplied radio is. My only complaint personally is it’s kind of too short. I’d probably buy the longer one next time and zip tie the cable up at my ideal length.
Overall the design is good. Similar feel as other manufacturers. The quick disconnect is solid and rotates freely so it won't bind when stowing the excess cable. Great concept of the QD so you don't have to buy a bunch of different hand mics. The clip is nice and sturdy and fits fine in molle loops. The only complaint I have is the pin that holds the clip mechanism together started to come out and I had to replace it with a cotter pin to ensure the clip would come apart. Not sure if this a design flaw or if I got a faulty one. Sound quality isn't bad on the received radio but it could be louder. I have only tested it with several UV-5R's so take that with a grain of salt. Could be better with higher quality radios.
