Works great with FMA AMPs!!
Yes, I admit it, I bought the knockoffs. Wish I had $1300 for the real headset but here we are. My biggest gripe with the FMA headset (everything else about them is actually super great) was the horrible boom mic which I actually ended up breaking on accident, but it was already so bad I was thinking about trying out the genuine Ops Core boom mic anyways. Buying the genuine boom mic for the FMA knockoffs was a bit of a risk fitment wise, but man did it pay off. The FMA headsets do in fact use the same plug as the Ops Core, you do however have to pull the screw off the FMA boom mic and replace it on the genuine one as that is the only difference for the fitment. After that it was plug and play. The sound quality is sweet, and it is well worth the $100 for the genuine boom mic. Shoutout Comm Gear Supply too for the super quick shipping and very good price!!
